Connect Openai Ads Credentials

POST
/api/integrations/ads/connect/openai/credentials

Connect an OpenAI (ChatGPT) Ads account from its API key.

This platform has no sign-in window: the key is the grant, scoped to the ad account it was created in, so the ad accounts it can read are connected at once, with no picking step.
